Stock Up to Cook at the Condo or
Venture Out to Tickle Your Tastebuds!

Since you have a kitchen, I suggest you buy a few staples on your way into town.

There are two grocery stores that you can stop by to get some breakfast and lunch items if you plan on dining out for dinner.

Publix at Lady’s Island  | Food Lion of Beaufort 

These stores are located at the corner of Route 21 Sea Island Parkway. Food Lion is in the plaza with the McDonald’s. There is a Walgreens on the corner across from Publix.

I suggest you pick up some bread, milk, eggs, cereal, lunch meat, cheese, and snacks.  Grab some bottled water or spirits for the beach.  I have a grilling set that you can take down to the charcoal grills if you want to cook out one evening. If so, pick up some hamburgers, hot dogs, and buns. The fridge has a water only dispenser and ice maker in the freezer. Charcoal and lighter fluid are outside the front door.

Walmart Sea Island Parkway is the next big store on the way to the condo. They have a grocery store as well. In the strip mall in front of the Walmart, there is a liquor store, nail salon, and Jersey Mike’s. Taco Bell is across the street a bit before you hit Walmart on the right hand side.

I have stocked the pantry and fridge with some basics:

• Tea, coffee (k-cups and ground), and sugar—if you prefer a certain blend or decaf, you will need to bring it
• Salt, Pepper, Spices, and Hot Sauces
• Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, and Relish
• Butter, Peanut Butter, and Strawberry Jam
• Popcorn for the AirPopper
